Starlight Theatre Parking
The Starlight Theater provides onsite parking. During summer, there are paved lots available in space shared with the zoo, and grass parking available in designated parking areas.
To arrive at the Starlight Theatre, please follow directions to 4600 Starlight Road, Kansas City, MO 64132. You have two options for parking at the venue:
- General parking: This is free for all guests and issued on a first-come, first-served basis. You can access general parking from the Meyer Boulevard, Elmwood Avenue, or Gregory Boulevard entrances.
- Premium parking: Available in advance for $30 per vehicle, a premium parking upgrade entitles the holder to closer parking and a faster exit. Access to the premium lot is from 63rd Street.
The parking lots at the Starlight Theatre are color-coded for easier identification. They are known as the Yellow, Red, and Blue lots. Electric vehicle charging is available — please ask staff on the day for directions.
Parking Access Locations
Guests can access Starlight Theatre from three points of entry to Swope Park:
- The Meyer Boulevard
- 63rd Street
- Elmwood Avenue/Gregory Boulevard
Grass Parking
Grass parking is $7 per vehicle. Grass parking may be on the east or west side of the venue, depending upon your point of entry to Swope Park. Parking in a paved lot is $12 per vehicle.
During the winter series of productions presented indoors at Starlight, guests may find complimentary parking in the paved Zebra lot on the east side of the theatre.
Accessible Parking
Those in need of special assistance may be dropped off at designated points near the following gates: Gate 4, Gate 6, and Gate 7 during the summer. Staff will be available to provide wheelchair and other assistance – please let the venue know of your needs beforehand. During winter, valet parking is provided free to those with valid state-issued disabled license plates or placards.
